Volunteer Forms
All Volunteers must fill out the volunteer form and the background screening form and return it to the league to Manage, Coach, or even help with any players on the field. We perform background checks on ALL volunteers.  Both forms along with a copy of the volunteer's driver's license should be mailed into RLLB, PO Box 608, Rutland, MA 01543.
